This is the role for you if you’re ready to:

  • 🚗 Be on the move – visiting clients and caregivers across multiple locations (reliable transportation required).

  • Step in when it counts – filling caregiver shifts when needed to ensure clients never go without care.

  • 📞 Lead with flexibility – be on-call every other weekend to support caregivers and families.

  • 🤝 Be a trusted partner – building strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers while keeping care plans on track.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in home care, home health, or related field.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Compassion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

  • Comfortable stepping in as a caregiver when needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and oversee personalized care plans.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise caregivers.

  • Visit clients regularly to ensure needs are met.

  • Respond quickly to client and caregiver concerns.

  • Keep accurate documentation and ensure compliance.

💰 Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Full-time, with on-call duties every other weekend.
